Edan Instruments Closes $10 Million Series A Financing by Softbank China, WI Harper Group and Matrix Partners China

Shenzhen, China, December 5, 2008 – Edan Instruments, a leading medical device company in China, today announced the closing of Series A investments from Softbank China, WI Harper Group and Matrix Partners China.
