Dr. Francis Chen, Ph. D., Vice Chairman
Dr. Chen serves as a Vice Chairman of WI Harper Group. His investment interests are in healthcare, digital media, communications and renewable energy. Dr. Chen is a co-founder and chairman of the board of Pacific Advantage International and serves as board member at Mail.com Media Corporation, SB2, Stealth Peptides, LogicEase Solutions and Solar Power, Inc. He has twenty years of management experience in the healthcare industry with Becton-Dickinson, Baxter International and a number of biotechnology start-ups.
Dr. Chen holds a Ph.D. in immunology from Harvard University. He also holds an M.S. and a B.S. in chemistry from Tufts University.
