Daniel Zhou, Vice President
Prior to joining WI Harper, Daniel worked in Balloch Group, a boutique FA firm, from 2008 to 2010. In Balloch Group, he spent the majority of his time in healthcare sector and successfully helped some healthcare enterprises such as Genscript to raise fund from VCs.
He previously worked in Transaction Service in PwC advisory, in charge of financial due diligence of M&A projects from 2006 to 2008. The main projects included Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle, iKang Net and Founder Securities.
He also worked in Audit Dept. of PwC from 2004 to 2006 and was focused on auditing of listed financial institutions. The main clients comprised CCCG, China Life, New China Life, Bank of China and Agricultural Bank of China.
Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Renmin University, as well as a certificate of CNCPA.
