With over 17 years of experience in corporate finance, foreign exchange and strategic planning fields, Edward currently manages the finance and administration matters for the WI Harper Beijing office, as well as providing support to portfolio management activities in China. Prior to joining WI Harper, Edward served as the Chief Financial Officer of BNI Group, a publishing company targeting the Greater China region. Prior to joining BNI, he served as the Director of Finance of TS Group for seven years in Connecticut, USA and managed the corporate finance, financial planning, taxation, and investment projects in Greater China area. His experience also includes: the senior foreign exchange manager of China Artex (Holding) Corp; the accounting manager of SEDAC Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area; the financial controller of China Arts Int'l Advertising and Exhibition Corp., and the financial director of China Capital Income Property Fund.

Edward holds a Ph.D. in Investment from Barrington University, and an M.B.A. with dual majors in Financial Management and Information System from Pace University, New York. He is a Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, a licensed CPA in Washington State and a registered CPA in Delaware, USA.
