Leo joined WI Harper in 2006 and is responsible for assisting the team in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities across all sectors. Leo also works closely with WI Harper's portfolio companies in China by researching industry trends and new business opportunities. Leo’s work experience includes security analysis at Heng An Standard Life Insurance, business auditing at Ernst & Young and economic research at Harvest Fund. Within WI Harper, Leo actively participated in deals including Chemclin, Troodon, Editgrid and Maxthon.

Leo was born in China and holds an M.S. in Finance from Nankai University and a B.S. in Engineering from Tianjin University. Leo is also a CFA level III candidate.
