Jaclyn manages WI Harper's financial and organizational matters. Before assuming her current post, she served as the chief financial officer for one of WI Harper's portfolio companies, BNI Business Network Corp., a publishing company targeting the Greater China region. Prior to joining BNI, she served as director of project management at WI Harper and managed deal flows, due diligence process and portfolio companies. She also held the following positions: director of strategic financial planning at MAG InnoVision, Inc. and market development manager of Tatung Co. of America.

Jaclyn holds an M.B.A. and a master's degree in library science from University of Southern California. She has also passed all parts of the CPA exam in the State of California.
