Lucas joined WI Harper Group in 2006. Prior to his current position, he served five years at Microelectronics Technology Inc., a company operating in the satellite/telecommunication sector for over 20 years. (MTI, Taiwan Stock Exchange: 2314). As an Investment Manager in the Corporate Venture Department of MTI, Lucas gained experience in managing IT / Display / Wireless strategic investments. Shortly after, he was appointed to direct an internal RFID startup, and within two years he led the team to explore overseas markets and generate international orders worldwide. During his role as a Business Development Manager, Lucas also built strong alliances with selected partners such as Intel, Microsoft, and Renesas to further develop MTI's RFID business.

Lucas holds an MBA degree from the National Sun Yat-Sen University, and a B.A. in Finance from the National Taiwan University in Taiwan.m.cn
