With over 22 years experience in the investment and technology fields, Mr. Chu oversees WI Harper's venture capital business in Taiwan. Before assuming his present position, Mr. Chu served as President at Sasson International of MTI Group, and was responsible for new ventures development investment in communications-related industries. Prior to joining Sasson, Mr. Chu served as Vice President of Pacific Iridium Telecommunications Co., and engaged in the general management of Iridium Taiwan Gateway's construction, system development for business operation and territory market access covering Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, and Papua New Guinea. During his stay, Mr. Chu has conducted new business development including the formation of Taiwan Cellular Corp. and organization of venture capital fund for the Pacific Telecom Group. Mr. Chu also held the positions of Vice President of Walden International Investment Group, Director of Taiwan Aerospace Corporation, and Vice President of Dynatech Taiwan Corporation.

Mr. Chu holds an M.E. degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from University of Washington, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan.
